Marco Wittmann (DE), at the wheel of the Red Bull BMW M4 DTM, finished fourth in Saturday’s DTM race at the Norisring (DE). This represents the 2014 champion’s best ever home result in the DTM. Wittmann drove a great race, fighting his way through the field from 13th on the grid. After 49 laps of racing, he crossed the finish line ahead of Bruno Spengler (CA), who came home fifth in the BMW Bank M4 DTM.

The BMW Team RMG driver started from third on the grid and, after 32 flawless laps and a fierce battle with the drivers behind him, crossed the finish line fourth in the Red Bull BMW M4 DTM. Wittmann now has 47 points to his name, making him the overall leader. Victory in Saturday’s race went to Miguel Molina (ES, Audi).
Two races, two wins – a perfect weekend for BMW at the Red Bull Ring (AT): Timo Glock (DE) celebrated the third win of his career in the popular touring car series in Sunday's DTM race in Spielberg.
