SPECIAL MINI JOHN COOPER WORKS 1TO6 EDITION HIGHLIGHTS FUN OF MANUAL TRANSMISSION DRIVING FOR US CUSTOMERS.

Woodcliff Lake, N.J. – JUNE 21, 2023 – The MINI John Cooper Works brand is made for drivers who demand maximum performance and engineering in a stylish, fun-to-drive package. Following its global announcement in May, MINI USA is pleased to announce the availability and pricing for the 2024 MY MINI John Cooper Works 1TO6 Edition in the US. This latest MINI special edition celebrates the purest form of driving fun with a manual transmission in a car that offers the performance of a John Cooper Work with an exclusive limited edition appearance.

The 6-speed manual transmission coupled with the MINI John Cooper Works 2-door hardtop makes for a special performance model. Together with the standard stainless-steel pedals, the manual transmission underlines the dynamic driving experience and exciting go-kart feeling of the MINI John Cooper Works. Visually, the 1TO6 Edition is characterized by its monochromatic exterior design with a Midnight Black Metallic paint finish, Piano Black exterior trim, and Jet Black 18” Circuit Spoke alloy wheels.  This is contrasted with a grey center-running stripe featuring edition-specific graphics that runs over the length of the vehicle.

From the door sills to the Nappa leather sports steering wheel and floor mats, the 1TO6 Edition emblem is tastefully featured throughout the interior of the vehicle, while the black graphic lettering „One of 999“ on the left of the steering wheel refers to the exclusive and limited supply of this special edition.

The standard Connected Media equipment includes an 8.8-inch touch display in the central instrument, the MINI Online Digital Service, Remote Services and smartphone integration for using Apple CarPlay and other apps via the vehicle's own control system.

Production of the highly limited 1TO6 Edition is expected to begin in Q3 of 2023. Preorders are now available to customers on a first come, first served basis here with a $500 deposit requirement.

For the US market the MINI John Cooper Works 1TO6 is based off the MINI John Cooper Works with Iconic Trim.  The 1TO6 Edition pricing adds $2,500 to that for a total MSRP of $45,300, plus $995 for Destination and Handling.
