Twelve-Week BMW Course Offered to MMI Students

Woodcliff Lake, NJ - April 18, 2006... Students studying to be technicians at
the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) in Phoenix now have the opportunity to
enroll in a new BMW course, thanks to a new two-year agreement between BMW of
North America, LLC (BMW) and MMI.

BMW has created an alliance with MMI, one of the nation's leading providers of
technical training for motorcycle technicians, to develop a technician
certification program. MMI students can enroll in this 12-week course to train
on BMW motorcycles, including the newest models, the BMW K 1200 GT and R 1200
GS Adventure.

To facilitate the new course offering, BMW donated training equipment to MMI,
including motorcycles, proprietary diagnostic equipment, a complete technical
service library, access to BMW proprietary training web site for student use,
BMW Motorcycle Training Curriculum, engines, specialty tools and lubricants.
"The intent of our alliance (MMI & BMW) is to provide a direct route into the
BMW Motorcycle Dealer Network for ambitious and talented motorcycle
technicians." said Craig Czock, Manager, Aftersales of BMW Motorrad USA, the
motorcycle division of BMW of North America, LLC. "Nationally, our dealerships
are seeking the employment of BMW Certified technicians for their business
growth." The MMI/BMW elective program is staffed with qualified MMI
instructors, who themselves have been trained by BMW.

Students are required to have a minimum of 3.0 grade point average, a 95
percent attendance rate and a perfect driving record to be eligible for the
course.

"There has already been a tremendous amount of excitement over this program
among our students," said Bill Schuette, National Director of Business
Alliances for Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. "This program should result in
improved employment opportunities for our graduates at BMW dealerships."

At 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, MMI will provide a glimpse of the new course
to BMW executives, which will be followed by a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony.
MMI instructors and students will be present to discuss their involvement in
the new program to date.
