BMW SELECTS DOTGLU AS ITS NEW CRM AGENCY

New York, NY, November 21, 2005... BMW has selected New York-based Dotglu, LLC
as its new U.S. Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) agency-of-record. This
selection was a result of a national agency search that began in July 2005.
Dotglu will work in direct partnership with GSDM, the lead agency recently
awarded the BMW national brand and advertising business.

As the CRM partner company, Dotglu will work with GSD&M and BMW to maximize the
total customer experience in all areas of CRM, direct marketing, database
marketing and interactive marketing initiatives, including the redesign of
