Brits love the MINI hatch and the Convertible model has an equally enthusiastic
following.

Just like the rest of the MINI line-up, the four-seat MINI Convertible delivers
handling reminiscent of a go-kart. A fully electric roof and clever storage
features mean this convertible offers the versatility of a hatchback without
any of the compromises usually associated with open top motoring. The MINI
Convertible is proof that a small premium convertible car exists. It boasts
technologies, design features and the image of a sporting luxury car, all
moulded into a torsionally-rigid 3.6 metre long body. With an optional
equipment list longer than any other car in its class, four airbags and Park
Distance Control fitted as standard, the MINI Convertible is a small car that
thinks big.

The MINI Convertible is available with three different engines. MINI One
Convertible is equipped with a 1.6-litre 90hp unit, MINI Cooper Convertible
features a 115hp variant of the same engine, while the MINI Cooper S
Convertible is powered by a snarling, 170hp 1.6-litre supercharged powerplant.

The MINI Convertible range is priced as follows:

MINI One Convertible £13,630
MINI Cooper Convertible £14,960
MINI Cooper S Convertible £17,995

Available to order across the MINI Convertible range from April 2007 is the
exclusive Sidewalk edition of the model. The MINI Convertible Sidewalk offers a
host of exclusive and additional options, and is available on the One, Cooper
and Cooper S. It includes a choice of four paintwork colours, Malt Brown
English Leather upholstery, 17" Night Spoke light alloy wheels, bi-colour
leather steering wheel and gear knob, and special 'Sidewalk' interior trim,
floor mats, badges and door inserts.

On the road prices are as follows:

MINI One Sidewalk £16,940
MINI Cooper Sidewalk £17,990
MINI Cooper S Sidewalk £20,265

Should a customer wish to specify these options on any other MINI Convertible,
the cost of the extra kit would be approximately 25 per cent higher than if
purchased as part of a standard package on the Sidewalk edition.

CO2 emission information.

The values for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and energy consumption shown were determined in a standardised test cycle according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version currently applicable. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers transmission (automatic or manual) and the different wheels and tyres available on the selected model and may vary during the configuration.

The values of the vehicles labelled with (*), are already based on the test cycle according to the new WLTP regulation and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to allow a comparison between vehicles. More information on the transition from NEDC to WLTP test procedures can be found here.

These figures are intended for comparison purposes and may not be representative of what a user achieves under usual driving conditions. For plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles the figures have been obtained using a combination of battery power and petrol fuel after the battery had been fully charged. Plug-in hybrid vehicles and battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. The CO2 emissions labels are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the Passenger Car (Fuel consumption and CO2 Emissions Information) Regulations 2001, as amended. They are based on the fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumptions according to the NEDC cycle.

A guide on fuel economy and CO2 emissions which contains data for all new passenger car models is available at any point of sale free of charge. For further information you can also visit this link.
