Comments from Tuesday.
Bernhard Langer: "I always have athletic goals. That's in me, that's my nature. But I can well imagine that the next few days will be very emotional. I believe that there will be a tear or two shed."
Marcel Siem: "Everyone here is doing a great job. Not only do we Germans look forward to teeing off here – the whole tour is excited to come here. I think it's going to be a really good BMW International Open. There are so many beautiful images in my head. I hope that I can finally transform that into really good energy."
Thriston Lawrence: "The spectators are always great. There are always a lot of fans here. The course is fantastic, it has improved tremendously compared to last year. It's always nice to be back on a golf course where you've been successful. It's nice to be back."
Ryan Fox: "It's nice to be back here. In 2022 I had a strong finish as third here. It would be wonderful to achieve the BMW double. That's the goal this week. I've always enjoyed playing on this golf course. I'm not in top form, but I'm really looking forward to being back in Europe and in Munich. Hopefully, that helps me."
