At the Julius Baer Zurich E-Prix in the heart of this great Swiss city, Félix da Costa moved up six positions during the race to cross the line in eighth place. His team-mate Stéphane Sarrazin (FRA) finished in 14th position. Victory in the Julius Baer Zurich E-Prix went to Lucas di Grassi (BRA, Audi). The two remaining races of the season will take place on 14th and 15th July in New York.
Reactions to the Julius Baer Zurich E-Prix.
António Félix da Costa (#28 Andretti
ATEC-003):
“I qualified 14th and then had a really clean
race. I hit all my targets, hit all my numbers and we managed to be P8
and score some points again in the end, which is good. It’s been a
solid day and I’m looking forward to the last races of the season.
It’s been a long year, it’s been tough but the last one is in New
York. We are looking forward to going to MS&AD Andretti’s home
races and ending on a high note there.”
Stéphane Sarrazin (#27 Andretti ATEC-003):
“It
was quite difficult with the energy management. I lost a bit fighting
with other cars in the first stint and also a bit in the second stint
but I need to understand and improve myself. The system in this car is
not easy. António has had three years to perfect the car and he’s
using the energy perfectly but me – I need to improve myself on
energy. The MS&AD Andretti team will work hard and return stronger
in New York.”
