Резултатите на BMW Group през второто тримесечие се запазват добри, въпреки предизвикателната пазарна среда. В съответствие с очакванията Групата постига подобрение както по отношение на печалбите, така и що се отнася до рентабилността в сравнение с първото тримесечие и потвърждава своите цели за финансовата 2019 година.
Обратно на преобладаващата пазарна тенденция, през първата половина на годината BMW Group доставя повече превозни средства на клиентите от когато и да било досега, като печели дял в премиум сегмента на ключови пазари. Със своята атрактивна, подмладена моделна гама, марката BMW завършва с категорична преднина в премиум сегмента през юни.
„Към шестмесечието ние сме по план, по пътя към изпълнението на целите си за цялата година." коментира Харалд Крюгер, председател на Управителния съвет на BMW AG, в Мюнхен. "Изпълняваме това, което обещаваме - дори и в бързо променящи се условия. Постоянно използваме новите технологии, за да овладеем успешно огромните предизвикателства пред нашата индустрия във време на дълбока трансформация."
