BMW Financial Services Canada Introduces Motorcycle Leasing Program

Whitby, Ontario ... BMW Financial Services in conjunction with BMW Canada
unveiled the company's Motorcycle Flexi-Lease Program, marking the first time
in BMW history that a customer can lease a BMW motorcycle.

"BMW Canada created the Flexi-Lease Program in order to better service the
needs of BMW customers," explains Walter Schauer, President, BMW Financial
Services Canada. "BMW Flexi-Lease clients will now have the opportunity to
enjoy leasing benefits previously unavailable to them. This means lower
monthly payments as well as lease end options such as purchasing their current
motorcycle or leasing another one."

Other customer benefits with the BMW Motorcycle Flexi-Lease Program include Gap
Protection. In the event that the motorcycle is stolen or declared a total
loss in an accident, BMW Financial Services will absorb the difference between
the amount covered by the insurance company, and the amount left owing on the
lease.

Flexi-Lease terms are 24, 36 and 48 months, with an annual allowance of 20,000
kilometres. The Flexi-Lease Program applies to all new BMW motorcycles.

Leasing has been available on automobiles for many years, and consumers have
benefited from these initiatives through an array of special programs. The BMW
Flexi-Lease program now extends these benefits to the motorcycle rider in true
BMW form.

automobiles, Sports Activity Vehicles, motorcycles, and beginning in 2002 the
