NEW IMPORTER ANNOUNCED IN HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM

July 17, 2007, Ho Chi Minh City - BMW Group Asia today announced the
appointment of a new importer of BMW vehicles in Ho Chi Minh City.
Euro Auto Corp will import, retail and service BMW automobiles, catering
to growing demand for the premium brand in one of Southeast Asia's
fastest growing economies. "For the first time ever, we will be
able to offer the full line of BMW products to the customers in
Vietnam, including the new 3 Series. What is more, Euro Auto will
also provide state-of-the-art, world-class customer care and service,
setting a new benchmark in Vietnam", said Mr Roland Krueger, BMW
Group Asia's Managing Director. Speaking at the signing of the
agreement with Euro Auto Corp, Mr Krueger added, "Vietnam is a

state-of-the-art retail and services experience in a newly constructed
fully fledged facility at Phu My Hung. Setting new standards in the
automotive industry in Vietnam, the showroom and service centre will be
the place to go to for BMW customers to discover more about the dynamic
and fascinating world of the world's most popular premium performance
automobiles. Measuring 8,800 square meters, the showroom and service
centre will be Euro Auto Corp's landmark showcase for BMW vehicles in
the city. It will be a one-stop shop for a wide range of BMW
automobiles, service, parts, accessories and lifestyle products. This
facility is also a step towards a new era in customer care in Vietnam,
thanks to the unique and sophisticated systems and processes which will
be able to link the Phu My Hung facility directly with engineers in
Munich who are ready to provide expert support to the local,
BMW-trained and certified staff. Euro Auto Corp will be able to
provide bench mark services to BMW customers in Vietnam. In addition
to the Phu My Hung facility that is being developed, a boutique
